Moos3h
Hi all, No pics just yet as this is a feeler, would anyone be interested in the above? Would rather not split. Peavey Tour 450 Head Pulse 3u Rack Case - One handle broken but otherwise perfectly fine. Just needs a new rivet Behringer BTR2000 - Tuner and Rack Light I'd be looking for £280 all in, which given my Tour 450 is two months old seems a good deal, no? Let me know your thoughts chaps! monkeybass
I'm looking at the peavey range of heads they seem good. How come you wanting to sell?
Moos3h
Well, if all goes according to plan, a friend is able to sell an Orange Bass Terror 1000. There aren't any others in the country, so I'm damn tempted, but ONLY if I can afford it by getting shot of my Peavey. It's an awesome amp, but I adore the Oranges. monkeybass
I'm just trying to find any issues with the peavey gear. I'm looking more at the 700 head becuase that extra power will be useful for playing bigger gigs like festivals and the guys im playing with now are using fairly big amps. Moos3h
Cool, no worries - I doubt you'll find much negative stuff, I did the same as you whilst researching this one. One thing to be aware, as many will say on here - the difference between 450wRMS and 700wRMS isn't that huge in terms of actual power. This thing is uber loud anyway, but as ever a lot depends on your cabs. Cheers, James
Jarhead
True, this head will be more then enough for festivals, assuming you have sensitive enough cabs. Chances are the FOH will either be DI or miced cabs anyway. Zach
chrisd24
i own one of these and gig with it every weekend. Bump for a really loud solid versatile amp, whoever buys this won't be disappointed.
