Doctorbass.net
Hi everyone This is my first post in the forum so I'll introduce myself: My name is Joaquín García, and I run the bass specialist shop Doctorbass.net in Spain. Not sure if this is the right place to post this. If this post should be somewhere else, I'd like to ask the administrator to please let me know about it and I'll be happy to move it to the right place. I wanted to share with you some information: The WARWICK DAY will take place in Burgos (Spain) on May 18th. It will be a party like no other, and also a great chance to test loads of Warwick basses, amps and stuff. This is the schedule: - Doors will open at 6 P.M. and everyone will be able to test all the pieces of gear they like. There will be more than 50 Warwick basses on display plus a lot of amps (including the discontinued Made in Germany models) - Warwick endorser Marcos Miranda will hold a clinic about the use of electric bass in a Live Act performance with a DJ, showing how this instrument can be used in different styles of electronic music. - TM Stevens will close the show with a funk-metal-rock-soul performance Here you can see the poster we've designed for this (in Spanish, sorry). There will be special discounts which will apply just that day. Of course, I understand I am posting this on this forum only one day before the event (sorry about that), and I know it would be impossible for most of you attending the show, but I'd like to share as much of the WARWICK DAY with the users of this forum. I'll post a nice report of the WARWICK DAY in my Blog just a few days afterwards, so make sure you check it out: Blog de DoctorBass.net What's more, I'll be happy to offer the same discounts to all the members of this forum until May 31th. We ship worldwide and we'll be happy to get you a quote for shipping any of these items to you. Shipping costs for most European countries is as low as 30-40 Euro. We expect to sell several basses at the WARWICK DAY, but I have included a list of the basses that will be at the show, complete with discounted prices. There will be some Custom Shop basses, Signature models and Special Edition Basses at the show, as well as the last few pieces of Made in Germany Warwick Amps, so this will be an excellent chance for you to get a really special bass that would otherwise be impossible to get. Please drop me an email if you have further questions. You can reach me at I'll try to keep an eye on this forum, but if you want to contact me please do it by email. This is the fastest way. Of course, if some of you would like to attend the WARWICK DAY, that would be fantastic (again sorry for posting this so late). I have an arrangement with a nice hotel with a special fee (50 Euro including breakfast). Burgos is a very nice town to see with a lot of historical buildings and streets, plus of course one of the best stocked bass shops in the planet. I'd love to meet you here. I promise I'll announce future events within weeks in advance in this forum. Entrance to the WARWICK DAY is free!
