French (I think?) bass shop?

I remember looking at a bass shop a week or 2 ago, it was black, and had an english and I think French section, I remember it sold MTD basses, as well as another brand that I cannot remember for the life of me, any idea? I know this isn't much to work from!

Hmm yes I remember. Did it have '24' in the title? You know me and anything French.

Maybe someone can name the make of bass I cannot remember, it was a european maker, just one dude I think, so everyone, name all the european luthiers, haha.
