Specifications: - Solid flame-maple body - Modulus graphite neck - Phenolic fingerboard with 15" radius (fretted) - 34" scale lenght, 24 frets - 13 degrees tilt headstock - Graphlon topnut - Reduced-mass "mini" bass machine heads - 2 VFL active humbucking pickups - Low-impedance output (18-volt) - Fully shielded electronics - Stereo/Mono operation The two VFL active humbucking pickups were designed and built by Peavey to provide the widest range of the tonal spectrum for bass. The coils are wax-dipped, then the pickup is shielded and potted to eliminate any microphonoc feedback or external interference. the four piezo pickups increase the high- and low-end response of the instrument as well as its sensitivity to playing nuances and harmonics.
