Crackling noise from Aguilar rig

Hey,

I've been having some problems with crackling noises (and the sound cutting down to a very low volume) on and off with my nearly new Aguilar amp rig (bought new late last year).

Aguilar AG 500 SC Head
Aguilar DB 112 Cab

I've tried 3 basses (2 active, 1 of them with a new battery), various cables etc. and the problem persists.

Any ideas?

If you bought new get in contact with the retailer.

Are you 100% that it's not the instrument lead or the speaker cable?
