Trace Elliot SMX GP12 4 x 10 bass combo for sale

Hello fellow bass chatters, i have a Trace Elliot GP12 SMX 4 x 10 combo to sell. I bought it second hand myself about 7 years ago and think it is a pre - Gibson model. To be honest the guy who had it before me didn't take care of the tolex. The amp head section itself has all he dials and EQ sliders etc.i think the combo is a mid nineties model and is rated at around 300 watts 8ohms.It has 4 celestion speakers and a variable tweeter.It has a whole myriad of tone shaping features so i will add some links.The amp still has a great sound despite its age and has been very reliable. Taking into account it's rather weathered look even though it is still fully functional i would like £180. West midlands.Thanks, Daz. 07527148263

Thanks for the trace 4x8.Cant believe no one has snapped up the combo 1048h cab with a 300watt head and valve blend,dual comp all bells and whistles for 180 quid,and a great guy to deal with,thanks Daz,good luck with the sale

If I hadnt just bought a Markbass and Epifani rig, I would be seriously considering the 3 hour journey for this combo!!!!! been after one for some time considering its pre gibson and great price! and im not one to complain about added mojo either! Damn

thanks for that mike and good luck with the cab. yes, it's a great combo with lots of usable features which do make a difference as they can be used very easily and effectively without too much messing about while you need to adjust midsong.

Thanks then to fuzzy and merton,tried the 4x8 sat on top of my 1048h and my ah500 12 runnin em both tonight,sounds f***ing awesome,punchy as fook,and clear as a bell,so thanks again and another bump for your awesome combo for sale.

glad your happy with the 4x8.i was always happy with it. bought it off merton some time last year. a very clear and articulate cab. yes, somebody might just realize that the smx combo is really worth every penny that i have asked for.
