avatar problems

Hello, i was changing my avatar and i noticed it doesn't update it in the posts (it does in 'my control'). What it does, is just resize my original avatar (not replace it) to the size of the newly uploaded avatar, hence why it's a bit distorted at the moment. Any ideas what's up? ta

I would think there is some sort of caching of the pages. Rather than build each thread from scratch from the database it probably saves a static version in html periodically to reduce the load on the server. That's just a guess mind you!

Pressing Ctrl+F5 will refresh from the server - that will solve your problem. It is a local browser issue not the forum .
