Chris Squire is about to release a "Progmas" album, Swiss Choir. (Geddit?) You can hear his new version of Silent Night, and his older Christmas tune, Run With The Fox, on his music page. Silent Night is not bass-heavy, but pretty-interesting, and his voice is in great shape I think.

Bassist for Sting and Wayne Shorter as well; impressive.

There is a great Christmas album by Wynton Marsalis called 'Crescent City Christmas Card' with great jazz arrangements of classic Christmas tunes. Great versions of 'Let It Snow, Let It Snow , Let It Snow' (with a great Jon Hendricks vocal) and everything from 'Silent Night' to 'Little Drummer Boy' and 'Twas the Night Before Christmas' - have a listen to clips on Amazon - its the best (only?) Christmas CD I have ever liked.
those quaint english expressions are sometimes confusing.

"more", as in greater numbers, or a larger one , or the entire fish ... :)
You misunderstand, but I understand. I was implying the recording could of been improved by employing the services of Derek William Dick. ;)
