Let me come down to his place to try the amp, and then not only arranged for it to be couriered to our studio, but then gave Nightfreight an earful for me when they ballsed up the delivery. It's also in pristine condition, was a bargain, and came with a spare valve and a spare knob, to boot! So that'll come in useful next time I'm invited to a wedding. Martin is a fine fellow and is most happy to talk bass... and I got to play his acg too, which is a tour-de-force of the luthier's art... all round a very smooth transaction and I'm very much looking forward to pairing the ABM with my Schroeder 21012L.
