gnasher1993 Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Just seen this: Looks pretty awesome to me., though it me might be of interest to some of you folks. Sorry if it's already been posted . Quote
OutToPlayJazz Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Someone was asking about concentric pots the other day - Even if you don't like the bass, you've got concentric pots for your jazz! Quote
cameltoe Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Woah a Squier Jaguar!!!!!!!!!!! Yes!!!!!!!! I've wanted a Jag for ages, she will be mine!!!! Quote

Linus27 Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 oh bugger. Been getting the urge to look at Jaguar basses as they look a bit different and retro but been avoiding them. Now this turns up. BUGGER. If they don't do white then I'm safe Quote

Cat Burrito Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Nice touch with the matching headstock. Fender only offer that on the Hot Rod Red Jag Quote
Grand Wazoo Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 There's no discussion about this, I am going to buy it now. Quote

The Affinity is made from alder, but the more expensive Standard Series, VMJ fretless and VMJ Precision are made from agathis. I guess you get different grades and qualities of them all, because if my Jazz is made from the same alder as an Affinity, I seriously want to know why!!! Edited June 1, 2010 by OutToPlayJazz Quote
arsenic Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 A Jag on a budget - if this is as good as the rest of the VM series, it could well be worth a look, even being passive. Quote

Grand Wazoo Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Can't find a link anywhere, it must be a wind up! I hope the OP has a link to show, and yes I do hope it's not a wind up Quote
OutToPlayJazz Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Haha! Sorry GW, I thought you were the OP for a minute. I can't find a link to it anywhere, either. Quote
basshead56 Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 Been searching for ages now. Cant find anything anywhere. My guess is this looks too good to be true (fender would never allow this, would they?!) ... Quote
OutToPlayJazz Posted June 1, 2010 Posted June 1, 2010 I thought the Jaguar had been discontinued from the Fender range? If this is the case, it could move to the Squier range, but more likely than not this is probably someone's wishful thinking. Quote
