lojo
Hi, I've decided I would like to try a few lessons and see if I am not to old to unlearn bad habits that are ingrained since the late 80s Anyone know a good teacher who may give me a chance, i am near Esher in Surrey I don't wish to offend, but I don't wish to be taught by someone who is an expert on music theory, but is not a real experienced bass player, or is not a bass player at heart All I do now is general covers bands, so am really looking to improve playing skills, and perhaps tricks that will help me learn songs quicker and easier I am open to learning to read, but at 41 it may be to time involved Thanks for any help Edited June 7, 2010 by lojo
Bilbo
Go see Jakesbass in Aldershot - just down the A3/A31 over the Hog's Back and you are there. He'll sort you out anyway you want to do it.
