mik Posted June 7, 2010 Posted June 7, 2010 Need some string help and advice. I have a 67 Burns Baldwin Shadows bass and have used roto sound nylon wound strings for ever. These are low tension easy played and quite mellow. Does anyone know of any low tension string that have a bit more of a raw sound that i can try. The roto sound give it more of a double bass sound and i would like it to be more of and electric bass sound. perhaps i should call it a day with my burns and get something else. would apprieciate any idea's cheers Mik Quote
