richardcoughlan
Hi Guys My ACG Finn Single Cut arrived less than a month ago, plays great and I know Alan was particularly pleased with it. However, my circumstances have changed since ordering the bass and now all I really require is Fender passive basses. I wish I had the space/time to play this bass, but would rather see it go to a home that would give it the playing it deserves. I modelled the spec on a kind of hybrid Fordera Imperial Matt Garrison, with a bit of Fender jazz Full details and more pics here http://www.acguitars.co.uk/Gallery/210/ If you have any questions please get in touch, , or PM me I think £1400 (very near offers) is a fair price for this quality of instrument. I'm sure all the ACG owners out there will confirm that Alan is a very skilled builder, and I know orders aren't currently being taken so this would be ideal for anyone out there who wants an ACG but can't stand the wait! richardcoughlan
bass is a 33" scale length, spacing is just shy of 17mm at the bridge some people have requested some sound clips, which im just about to record and will then post them on my site
Mike
Very nice. I'm liking the 33" scale. Open to trades at all?
richardcoughlan
no trades i'm afraid, reason for selling is requirements have changed and don't have the space time to play it as i'm only playing fender jazzes and ps right now. trading for another bass would defeat the object i guess. ive just got the bass out of the case to do these sound clips and im really gutted to be letting it go, its such a nice instrument to play and i hope you'll agree (in about 20 mins)....... richardcoughlan
just quickly ran the bass through logic and recorded some clips forgot to turn the gain up on my interface so they're a little quiet, you'll need some headphones with the preamp and coil switching theres literally hundreds of tones, i just selected some that I feel are "standard" bass sounds http://www.richardcoughlan.com/Site/ACGDemos.html Rich

Guest BassKS
Im not sure if its your awesome playing or the bass itself that makes the meat in those clips . Nevertheless, A great looking bass. There is no point to look for warwicks when this kind of stuff crops up. Best of luck with the sale

flippyfloop
Thats a really nice looking and sounding ACG. Never been that keen on them till now. Some 33 ins can sound a bit thin but not in this case. Good luck with the sale. I'm sure it won't be on here for long as 33 in basses are very popular at the mo....
