Ashdown EVO II 8x10 Modification

Wondering if this mod was possible. I don't have the cash to get a new cab.
for smaller venues often i don't DI, so a little more definition is needed.

Where were you thinking of mounting it? I think it will be a ballpain to put it in the cab, it is all separate sections and you've have to go through a few to get the tweeter mounted on the top, wiring from the jack plate. Reckon you are better off making/getting a seperate tweeter box, meaning you can run it off a separate crossover externally, like [url="http://www.talkbass.com/wiki/index.php/Greenboy_Headcase"]the Greenboy headcase.[/url].

have you thought about respeakering the cab aswell? that may have more of the effect your after!
