hagguy Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 i've got a genz benz cab at the moment which sounds great with my shuttle, the thing is i'm a bit skint so i'm selling the whole rig but the only interest i've had is for the head my question is. can you use a bass cab with a guitar head, as i could sell the head and get two cheaper guitar and bass heads to use with the cab i'm not sure if that would work ok or not, any advice is greatly appreiciated. thanks in advance Quote
Mr. Foxen Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 You can use a guitar head into a bass cab, it might be a bit bass shy, and it will sound wrong for guitar playing though. Quote
JTUK Posted June 10, 2010 Posted June 10, 2010 In general stay away from cheap and simple solutions where tone is concerned. Dedicated bass amp for bass..and vice versa. If you already have something that you find worked accidently, then ok...but not otherwsie, IMV Quote

You get round the track... eventually..the next day Quote
