jmanfunk Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Thought I'd post this on the new site. I've just recently had a ramp installed and although I haven't gotten my hands on it yet, Chris has done a very nice job. A brief run down of the specs: Spalted beech top Walnut body wings Maple neck with cherry stringers Rosewood fretboard EBS 2-bd preamp Le Fay single coils Currently strung with a high C which I'm really enjoying at the moment. Heres a link to Chris' website- the 9 string, headless, fanned fret behemoth is definitely worth a look http://www.chrislarkinguitars.com/goibasses.htm Quote

pip Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 Thats very lush, its more art than anything else . The ramp looks smart I'm guessing its made out of ebony? I've just had a ramp fitted on my warwick TBO and its made out of ebony. Phil Quote
thedontcarebear Posted November 29, 2007 Posted November 29, 2007 That's nice, I've liked all of his basses I've seen. Quote
