After a good quality cheap 5 string?

One of these was my first 5 string - superb bass. I just found the body shape wasn't to my taste.

Wow. Two of 'em. I'd have em both if I could, just coz they're great! Methinks the Midnight Wine one could be a steal a steal given it includes the Hiscox case.

Certainly looks it. The neck worried me. The "bend" appears to be at the nut end of the neck and not in the middle as you would expect for a quick adjust of the truss rod.
It may come out with a bit of patience and an allen key. On the other hand......
Mind you it would be a stunning bass with a Graphite Neck....

Not quite as cheap (or even a Status) but some very nice brand new 5-string G&L's with flight case at the BC for less than 400 notes... on another thread somewhere by OutToPlayJazz
