jim_bass Posted June 15, 2010 Share Posted June 15, 2010 Hi all, Just though I'd share a good experience with you. I bought an MXR M-80 Bass DI+ (off another forum member) which was faulty. So I was stuck with a pedal that didn't work and could not get my money back. I got in touch with [url="http://www.guitaraid.co.uk/"]Guitar Aid London[/url] and spoke to Greg. He was really helpful, I posted it down to him. He repaired the pedal (re-soldered all the connections etc) and posted it back. He charged me £20 + the postage (which was about £6.50 each way using special delivery). Overall, I'm really pleased. Nice guy - took time to sort the problems out and I can't really argue with £20.
