I was having a nosy around the Academy of Sound in Stoke today, and noticed that they've got one of the
Ashdown Mark King 30th Anniversary heads in stock.
It's pretty much the same as the regular MK head but is fronted in 24 carat gold instead of the usual red,
and is signed and numbered by Mark King. This one is number 2 of 30. Apparently number 1 went to Mark.

Check it out

oh blimey, they're very reasonably priced for a limited edition. I was expecting them to be marked (aha, get me) up at a premium.
