Thorny Posted November 28, 2007 Posted November 28, 2007 (edited) The Overwater Progress III is the flagship series of the Overwater range, is beautifully built and immaculately finished. I bought this bass new in 2002 and has had the minimum of use and is therefore in almost brand new condition. It has an eye catching pear top with matching headstock, mahogany body with a rosewood fingerboard. Hardware and electronics are, as standard with the Progress series, right at the top end. Sonically, it can cut through any mix live, and in the studio has a piano like clarity. Due to lack of use, it now has to go. I'm looking for roundabout £1200, which will include the hardcase supplied by Overwater. It can be shipped at cost, or an arrangement to meet halfway Edited December 22, 2007 by Thorny
Thorny Posted November 30, 2007 Author Posted November 30, 2007 For all those asking, it is a 36" scale and there is a very small mark on the bottom of the bass.
PMs replied
bassblox Posted December 3, 2007 Posted December 3, 2007 Really like the bass. Would you trade 78 Precision with quarter pounder, black in great condition.
Thorny Posted December 3, 2007 Author Posted December 3, 2007 No thanks, there's been a bit of interest, so would rather go for a straight sale.
simon00 Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 Looks great - I won't have the cash for about 2/3 weeks but if it's still for sale let me know! Where are you based?
