Possibly looking for Hohner Jack bass, Classic Vibe Jazz or P (particularly 51 reissue), Jap P (can add small amount of cash) or WHY.....try me i can only say no. The original PU's will be added but i am really impressed with the Entwhistles. The Tortoise pickguard in the new pics is a bit dodgy as it has been butchered in the past but you can have both this and the prisitine white pick guard-soft case too. Must also add there is a dink under the bridge PU where i dropped the pliers when changing pick ups, apart from that the bass is pretty mint.

How do you rate the bottom end of Ibanez for ska & reggae ?
jonsparrow91 Posted June 18, 2010 Posted June 18, 2010 Put some flats on, string it through, put it into single coil/treble cut then boost the bass = perfect. I know this from experience. (It also helps to have a 15" speaker.)

The old pick ups will be thrown in too. Plus I have my eye on a Jack bass on ebay but wifey will not let me buy until i have sold something....help a brother out as i cannot afford it

I'm really torn between pursuing another bass like a Hohner Jack bass or keeping it but then its too nice to sit around being a spare bass.
