RAY AGAINST THE MACHINE Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 You use 'em for mobile phones, shavers, gardening tools , and of course effects pedals. I have loads, which take up way too much space. Do I keep'em or bin most of 'em? You always think 'but I may need them incase '' What do you think ? .." Quote

I've got a box full of them, but then I rarely throw anything away. I'm sure I've read somewhere about an initiative to standardise low-voltage dc connectors so we could have a single 'universal' 'power brick', but I've seen no real sign of them. USB connectors are increasingly used for power but really the whole area is a right old mess. Still, it keeps the PSU manufacturers in business. Quote

Too many wires in my life at the moment, I 've heard about those multi connectoer thingy's, but don't know if they're any good. Cheers Quote
escholl Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 I always keep them, or at least keep the guts of them, but then I tend to salvage everything. Most of them can be turned into something useful though, eventually. Quote
