It's Interesting...

...I've just been doing some reading of the PRSformusic site, and yeah I need to join MCPS - (although it's 50 quid, lol) - but what I found interesting was that it's kinda seeming to be going through a transition.
What I mean is, that it's clearly being reconfigured for online music sales, but it's still "mechanical" and although the online section of the site referes to the criteria, and evidence, required for online sales, the actual application treats it as an annex still rather than what is clearly a very significant aspect of the way music is marketted now.
I mean they are obviously dealing with it, but it just seems that they haven't quite caught up yet, or at least updated all their paperwork!
