My Midrange sweep is damaged from a Drop on stage and im thinking of replacing it with somthing completely different, Any ideas?

A slider? How about something attached to the strap button so you can change the sound by pushing down on the body a bit like the hipshot string bender but with a kind of 'wah wah' effect. Might mean a bit of woodwork though.
