Annoying Twit
The binding on my Cimar Rickenfaker has come away at the end, and a short length is loose. What glue (or other adhesive) should I use to stick it back again? Also, the electronics are a bit scratchy on it. I'm planning that when I eventually change strings on it, I'll use some contact cleaner on all the pots and check the solder joints. Any advice on the best form of contact cleaner to use? That special anti-oxidation stuff?
yorick
Careful dab of superglue is fine on binding. I use Servisol for switches.
Annoying Twit
Thanks. Superglue and a big unopened pot of wood glue is all we have at the moment, so superglue is the easiest option!
