My good lady has agreed as an engagement present to put some money towars\a new bass! (God, I love her!!!) Anyway, here is the brief: Must be a 4 string Must be Jazz bass influenced ( I like Jazz basses but woulod look at something Funky!) Budget £800-£900 Basses on the list at the moment: Lakland Joe Osborn USA Fender Jazz bass Fender Marcus Miller Jazz Bass I welcome your thoughts and recommendations. Cheers Stu Quote

bubinga5 Posted July 19, 2010 Posted July 19, 2010 (edited) i would go for the JO...didnt like the pre in the MM, but played one with an east and it rocked..the Fender standard is a great bass..but i think the Laky is a better buy...Sandberg also..dont forget used basses..i also love the KSD jazzes, there fantastic..
