EBS_freak Posted July 21, 2010 Posted July 21, 2010 Hi there - I am intrigued by the radiused/contoured top on these basses. Has anybody got any really good photos of their bass which shows this off? And does the contour of the top extend to the upper and lower horn too... or are they still flat? Quote
arsenic Posted July 22, 2010 Posted July 22, 2010 I have the Preceision version, but a quick google for images of the jazz came up with this, and this.. The contour like on the Pbass does continue into the upper and lower horns, but because they are narrow - , the contour isn't really that noticeable. Quote

It's the shape of these basses that is the flaw in a very pretty design. Quote

I'm looking for an example of a jazz bass that is radiused... but without the sharp edge! The closest things I can find are the instruments by Ibanez and Yamaha. Quote
