Brand new. chrkelly Posted July 24, 2010 Author Share Posted July 24, 2010 Hi Gwilym, They're pretty high tension, not quite as much as MTD steels but still feel like they have a lot of resistance. I think Mr Tobias likes his super low actions on his basses . They'll be hard work compared to sunbeam 40s. To be honest, I think if you like anything other than a super low action they'll choke a 35'' instrument a bit. My favs on the 535 at the mo are hi beams 45s with the 130 B, silky smooth feel and sound. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
