jimbobothy Posted July 24, 2010 Posted July 24, 2010 That is awsome type of bump! Does remind me of a piece of military equipment though (I'm thinking of some sort of high powered rifle!) The 'bendwell' bit is beautifully done, hope it goes to a good home!!

AndyTravis Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 mega - looks like a futurebass, a prop from bladerunner.
Kiwi Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 thats a formidible looking piece of machinery - good luck with the sale.
visog Posted July 25, 2010 Posted July 25, 2010 That's quite a bass! I take it from the $ price you and the bass are in the States?
Thunderitter Posted July 27, 2010 Author Posted July 27, 2010
That's quite a bass! I take it from the $ price you and the bass are in the States?
Both of us are, although the bass is American made and I was made in Scotland, but not from girders! These days with PayPal foreign transactions are pretty straightforward, however if folks would prefer I have a UK bank account so I'd be happy to take payment in £s if that's easier for anyone.
Golchen Posted July 30, 2010 Posted July 30, 2010 I usually hate single cuts, but that looks rather exciting!

(or best offer ^^) Good luck with it...
Actually, it's not that big a bass! Here's a shot of it, which also gives an indication of how it balances. I did notice it was $19,999 - just a way to get it to show up first in a high low price search.
Thunderitter Posted August 23, 2010 Author Posted August 23, 2010 Still avaliable: Shipped to the UK for $2250, not including and taxes, customs, etc.

Interesting electronics layout....
Simple layout, but definitely interesting position, although it's easy to adapt to it and allows for easier adjustment when your open stringing. Thunderitter Posted September 1, 2010 Author Posted September 1, 2010 String bending reservoir, graphite nut and David King end-piece (accepts regular strings so no double ball ends with this bass) bump.
pantherairsoft Posted September 12, 2010 Posted September 12, 2010 Trying to find a way to afford this bass has caused me sleepless nights! Someone needs to buy this absolute beauty before I go insane!
Schnozzalee Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 If I were bigger, i'd see this as a bargain - even with import. I want a mini one

Is it a 35" scale from the Zero fret or in total?
Thunderitter Posted October 1, 2010 Author Posted October 1, 2010 Still for sale. The bass does not have a zero fret, rather a graphite nut. It has a 35" scale.
