Hercules Stands

I recently moved house and the removers managed to break the head on one of my Hercules stands. I didn't notice the breakage until after the move and so couldn't make a claim. As the head could be removed I contacted the distributors (Strings & Things) and asked if they could supply me with a head as the rest of the stand was perfectly ok. The nice people at Strings & Things sent me a brand new head free gratis. Too often we hear bad tales of musos getting ripped off so I thought that I would post this up as example of a company who still care about their customers.

It doesn't take much to make a big difference, does it? I love Hercules stands & it's great to hear they have good customer service. Other companies take note!
