Faithless
Hi everyone, I'm new here, mate from Lithuania, Kaunas. Though, bass-mania "took" me not that long ago - about 9 months, but I'm really getting seriously involved in this whole thing. What I like best? - Heavy, trash, power metal, hard rock, and stuff like that. Metallica, Pantera, Black Sabbath and so on and so forth... I prefer finger-playing only, but, because of mine not long-time playing, I use a pick sooometimes... It's because I don't want to try play very fast ( and wrongly, of course...) right now. Finger speed will come time by time, i think. Yet, I don't have good quality gear, but "better" should come few months later. So - bass is Vintage V-800 ( I know, that thing is not excatly for metal/rock playing, but when I bought it, I was simply raw on those things - I took the same bass, as my friend, "rock player", had Bass will be the first serious thing in my "whole" gear, that I am going to change. Amplifier - Laney Rb8, ~260wt power. I'm thinking of changing it to some serious Ashdown tube, but i'm not certain yet. Second amp is Laney Rb2 - 30wt power, this is for my home practise and it's going to stay long in my home:) That's all for now, I hope I'll find some friends of "my kind" and we'll have positive discussions about all the stuff. Good luck, everybody, from Lithuania! Edited May 31, 2007 by Faithless
