chriswilliams666 Posted August 1, 2010 Posted August 1, 2010 (edited) Hey Guys, This is a mega feeler to see if im barking up the wrong tree. It's a long shot i know, as i'd like to keep it local (West Sussex, Hampshire, East Sussex) I've got a hankering for a Musicman Stringray in the following spec, and ONLY have a Lakland Duck Dunn that I would possibly trade. *4 String *Black Guard *Rosewood Fretboard *Plain (non-matching) Headstock *Newer Model if possible *Original (no-mods) Doesn't matter if it's; *2 or 3 EQ *Original Case *Slightly Worn - I don't want any Relic stuff. Let me know what you've got. My Lakland is near-immaculate. It has a very minor nick on the headstock edge and very minor scratch on back of neck. Edited August 1, 2010 by chriswilliams666

chriswilliams666 Posted August 12, 2010 Author Posted August 12, 2010 Not for me thanks dude. Not a fan of the Natural Ash Finish, or Maple Fretboards! karlfer Posted August 14, 2010 Posted August 14, 2010 (edited) Hello again Chris? If you haven't decided to go for cash, the only thing I could offer is a white/rosewood/tortie 70's re-issue non export Japanese Precision, bought from Old Git, of this very manor. 40 mm nut. Few dings but lovely. This bass plus £250. I know it's not what you are after. I adore this bass and will only let it go if I get a Duck Dunn. http://basschat.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=80859 I have Old Git's original photo file that I should be able to email to a personnal email address. I hope he's OK with me nicking his work? ( it's a bloody sight better than may efforts would be!) I know it's unlikely, but I do have to ask, just on the off chance. I still have cash available as well. Many thanks, Karl. Edited August 15, 2010 by karlfer
