Fanned fret basses

I know these aren't really anything new to most people on here (in terms of hearing about them at least) but I'm really curious, not sure I'd be able to afford one any time soon, but they do look like great fun!

Any places around the midlands that stock any?

What kind of prices do they start? (FWIW, I'd be looking at a 5 string J/J config)

What brands make nice ones? I only really know of Dingwall.

I'm not seriously contemplating buying one at the moment, but it'd definitely be something I'd be interested in trying out in the future.
