ebs amp cuts out

hi everyone can you help. every now and again my hd350 just cuts out .the power stays on but the signal dont get to the cab or pa.but does go to the tuner on the loop.any ideas please thanks

Sounds like thermal cut out in operation, protecting the amp from overheating. Is there anything blocking the fan vents?

also, try a cable plugged in Send >> Return, thus bypassing the internal connections.. I had an amp once where the sockets were a bit iffy, so left a patch cable running between siad sockets. Worked fine from then on. Just something else to try.
