Doctor J
It'd be great if you got a gig playing A Streetcar Named Desire
xilddx
I simply can't understand how it is possible to get a quality instrument out that cheaply. I wonder how long the hardware will last and I would worry about the quality control, neck stability and fret work. Those would be my concerns. However, I reckon it's its worth a shot, but only time will tell it it pays dividends. I actually fancy a Retrovibe Ric and upgrading the hardware and pups, if its construction is up to standard. Bloodaxe
The body is maple with walnut top and is finished beautifully

Top quality elm body gives this guitar a really nice tone with plenty of sustain.
Which? Doesn't look very much like a maple body with a walnut top... & I was under the impression that Elm might not be the wisest choice for a body. Looks like Ash to me. P.
