Geddys nose Posted August 6, 2010 Posted August 6, 2010 Love the look and sound of this- http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Brand-New-2010-Godin...=item4aa35344ae http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EMfKWxH7xlQ&hd=1 Always rated the guitars but never really the basses but this just ticks all the boxes for me and as most Godin stuff a good price too. I like the three coils and some of the sounds and I like Godin, I don't like the colour or the sharpness of the body chamfers or the 20-fret (no doubt P-bass profile) neck. Interesting though. Quote
Bassassin Posted August 7, 2010 Posted August 7, 2010 It's certainly interesting, but I'm not quite sure. It's almost as though the question of how to design a bass guitar has been answered with "Strat on steroids". It's got an air of parts-box not-quite-rightness about it which puts me in mind of some of Mother India's finest. Jon. Quote
