tom1946 Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 (edited) As title, as new USA Jazz. Standard model with the latest hard case and all the candy, tags, etc' Nothing much else to say really, my various illnesses are making it very difficult to play unless it weighs about 5 lbs so I'm selling up. The only part ex I'll consider is a mint Fender lyte. I want 650 pounds for it delivered. (don't know how to do a pound sign on an imac) thanks for reading. Edited August 16, 2010 by tom1946
BigJim Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Wow, 5ibs, must be the lightest bass ever! Do you mean 5kg? Jim
parker_muse Posted August 12, 2010 Posted August 12, 2010 Buy in confidence with Tom! Best of luck with the sale mate. Also, you go through basses like nobodys business i swear!
tom1946 Posted August 12, 2010 Author Posted August 12, 2010 No Big Jim, 5lbs is my ideal weight, this one is around 9lbs. Tongue in cheek comment.

fryer Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 I may be persuaded to sell my P bass Lyte. It's absolutely mint. Richard
karlfer Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 (edited) Hiya Tom. Sure it will have been suggested, but try some hollowbody basses, like a Cassidy, or perhaps a headless/no body Steinberger kinda thing. I know a few years back I had an active hollow-bodied Fender (HMT? I think). It weighed very little, but boy did it loud! Best of luck mate, Karl.
