There is one tiny little ding into the lacquer on the back of the neck but unless you know its there you can't find it. No case but will be supplied with a good quality gig bag - if posted in a guitar box and heavily protected sent fully insured. I don't know the year of manufacture mate - for some reason i think 2006 but i don't know why - that might have been in the thread i bought it from. I'll try and figure it out for you mate. And there are no mods, all original, apart from some schaller strap locks i'll throw in.
