Philboyo
Ladies and Gentlemen I believe that the music shop and internet trader Music King of Halesowen, Birmingham has gone bust. The website doesnt work and the phones are not being answered for some time now. I have this on good authority from a major guitar dealer importer who has also been caught out by them. Please be aware of this occurance. I say this with a great sadness in my heart as no one likes to see businesses fail in these trying times. I also say this with a great anger too as they owe me £250... Phil
Machines
Really ? I thought it only opened a year or 2 ago ? Went there with my Dad last year and was quite impressed with the place. That said it didn't strike me as well located and we were the only people there..
tauzero
They were going a couple of weeks ago when I last went there. Will try and remember to drop down there next week, they're only a mile down the road from me.

tauzero
I've just been down there. Shutters are up. There's a note in the window saying that instruments in for repair or private sale will be returned after 27th August. There's a letter in the window saying they've gone into administration - accountants are PKF and IIRC the contact name was David Blizard but I haven't made a note of the contact number. Best bet would be to try the Birmingham office on 0121 212 2222. I suppose that means there'll be another auction...
Valmirez
Phil, Looks like your suspicions are correct. Additionally, if you go to their Ebay store there are no items for sale. I google earthed the shop but you can't really see it for trees. They owe me money as well. Ordered a guitar in Jun and still waiting. I've contacted my CC company and they are looking into it. Shame really considering it was such a good deal. Valmirez
