Looks like a cheapie with a fake CS Decal applied...

Has already been established as a fake by us lot.

Are these the same thing?

The New one Listed on the bed has typical chinese brand machineheads, and poorly applied decals.

It's a Fugazi...shame really, if Fender ever did this colour option bass, i'd have one.

Interesting that the first is SO similar to the second. I hope it's not the case that some poor sod bought the second one via eBay and is now trying to palm it of having realised he's been done. They do look rather similar after all?

Both my CS jazzes have had the logo in the same place, which is a different place to the one on this bass, don't know if thats normal though? I've seen a few other CS guitars and they all seem to be in the same place?

It's not the position of the Logo...

It's the Apparent lack of quality of the instrumnet, Fender CS don't use machine heads like that, and the Decals on the back and front are both dodgy in appearance.

Anyhow...it's a rough copy.
