Michael Davis
Hi, I am contemplating selling my Peavey Firebass 700 & Peavey 412 TXF 4 x 12 Cab. It is just to big for the small pubs i am now playing. I was going to use E-Bay, but i have no idea of it's worth. It is about 8 years old, but in perfect working order. Could any one with more experience in this advise me of it's worth, or, is there a better place to sell it than e-bay. Cheers all. I'm only using for pub gigs (150people max, normally 40/50) doing cover's. I would be willing to swap.

That has quite surprised me how cheap they are going for. I was expecting aroung £400 for the cab and head, but maybe i'm looking at £300 more realisticly? Thanks for the tip off. Moos3h
The trouble is the 'fashion' for lightweight gear, which lets face it your Peavey is not! I would expect you would get about £250 for the pair - sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings!
