Here you go then - My early 1978 model Peavey T-40, with original oblong case (Only
supplied with this case for less than 1 year before switching to more common style).
It's in as close to mint condition as you're ever likely to see, just some extremely minor wear to the back and edge of the body, and I'm being really nitpicking here. It's certainly nothing you wouldn't see unless specifically looking. One family owned from new, only recently imported from the USA.
It's recently enjoyed a full professional setup and general 'once over', and everything is ship shape.

This bass is passive but has huge tonal variation, the pickups are humbuckers which switch to single-coil operation when the tone is past 7. There is a phase switch to boot.

I have only used this bass a couple of times at rehearsal and soon realised it's not for me - I'm a Precision bloke really!

I'm after £600 ono. Feel free to pm or you can call me on 07533 159040. Viewings welcome (Dartford, Kent).

Buy, buy, buy!!

Ben

If it has, it was a very refined, bottled-up British kind of anger. :)
