Painting a bass

Hi guys,

I am working on a project bass, and it really needs a repaint, and i am tempted to have a go myself.

What would you guys recommend as paint, methods etc...

i used this guy to source all my paint. he was pretty helpful when i did mine. There are some good 'how to's' on the website to.
