I looked on their site then phoned and spoke to them using my card to pay. It goes without saying i received excellent customer service.

Same here. Each time ive ordered from them ive had to call them and give my details over the phone.
Bit of a pain but the service doesn't seem to suffer.

Last time I was there I paid for some work by card so thee can definitely accept remote payment.

They also mentioned having sent a bass to Scandinavia so I'd assume they can ship stuff OK.

If you're buying anything used then you'll need to phone in to check they still have it as there's sometimes a delay in updating the site (although this is much quicker these days).
