casapete
Selling this on behalf of someone I know, following a recent post in the 'Gear' section asking help to identify it! Anyway its a vintage style Jazz replica, probably Chinese in origin. Metallic (candy apple?) red, aged scratchplate, chrome plate and knobs, finger rest, screws near bridge (presumably for chrome cover, not included tho), tinted maple neck with rosewood board, matching headstock (blank-no logo etc). Overall excellent condition, no dings apart from small one on headstock. No evident fretwear either. Plays & sounds fine, strings still ok as well. Would make a fine starter bass or a good 'spare'. General verdict on value in the 'Gear' thread was around £100 mark , but will accept £ NOW SOLD!!! Possible deal on a hard case (preferably shaped - Hiscox etc) that would fit my Stingray. I'm in East Yorkshire near Hull, and would prefer cash on collection. However could maybe arrange a possible meet-up somewhere if suitable. Cheers.
